Once a task is created, you can click on it to open the task modal, where you can manage its details, settings, communication, and related files.
To learn how to create tasks, see How to Create Tasks and How to Create Tasks via Email.
Task Modal Views
In the top-left corner of the task modal, you can find the Change View button.
This allows you to switch between different task modal layouts:
Modal - Opens the task details in a centered modal window on top of the board. You can close it using the X button or by clicking outside the modal.
Side Panel - Opens the task details in a side panel on the side of the board. You can close it using the X button or by clicking outside the panel.
Full Page - Opens the task in a full-page view.
For both the Modal and Full Page views, you can also enable Split View.
Split View divides the task modal into two sections and moves the Messages section to the right side for easier side-by-side task management.
You can disable Split View either from the Change View menu or by clicking the double-arrow button in the top-right corner of the task modal.
