To access your personal information and account settings in Kitchen, click your avatar in the top-right corner of your workspace and select Profile.
This opens your account settings, where you'll find the following tabs:
Profile
Notifications
Email Signatures
Saved Replies
This article covers the Profile tab and the settings available there.
Navigating The Profile Tab
The Profile tab contains your personal information, localization preferences, and security settings.
From here, you can:
• Change Your Avatar
Click the Edit button on your avatar to open the avatar settings.
From there, you can:
Change your initials
Choose a different avatar color
Upload an image from your computer
Add an image from a URL
Paste an image directly from your clipboard using Ctrl + V
Enable a Gravatar, which automatically generates a recognizable avatar pattern
• View Your Account Overview
Right under your avatar, you can view an overview of your:
Email address
Date you joined the workspace
• Update Your Personal Information
Click directly on a row or use the Edit button on the right to update the following information:
Full Name
Email Address - A confirmation code will be sent to your new email address.
Display Name - Used for mentions and can be your first name, nickname, or any name you'd like to use.
Phone Number
• Configure Localization Settings
You can also configure the following localization preferences:
Interface Language for you
Your Time Zone - Once selected, your local time will be displayed on the same row
Your Date and Time Format
Your First Day of the Week
• Manage Your Security Settings
From here, you can also manage your account security by:
Setting or updating your password
Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security
