Email Signatures let you customize the signature included in email notifications sent from your Kitchen workspace when you post messages or comment on tasks and files.

You can create multiple signatures, choose a default one, and use rich text or HTML to match your branding.

Creating an Email Signature

To create a new email signature:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of your workspace.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Open the Email Signature tab from the left sidebar.

  4. Click Create Signature.

This opens the Create Signature window. There you can configure the following:

  • Title – Enter a name for the signature. This is used only for identification in your signatures list.

  • Signature – Enter the content of your email signature.

  • Text / Code Editor – Switch between the visual editor and HTML code editor. HTML is fully supported.

  • Set as default – Enable this option to make the signature your default for future emails.

  • Save – Create the signature.

Tip: When editing text in either editor, select the text to display a formatting toolbar. You can apply bold, italic, underline, or insert a link.

Note: Your signature will not appear within your replies in Kitchen, however it will show up in the email received by your clients.

Managing Email Signatures

All created signatures are displayed in the Email Signature tab.

For each signature, you'll see:

  • Signature name

  • Created date

  • A Default label (if it is your default signature)

By default, signatures are listed with the oldest at the top.

Editing or Deleting a Signature

Click the Edit button next to a signature to open the Edit Signature window.

From here, you can:

  • Change the signature title.

  • Edit the signature content.

  • Switch between the visual editor and HTML code editor.

  • Change whether the signature is the default.

  • Save your changes.

  • Delete the signature using the Bin icon at the top of the window.
