How to Manage Your Quote Global Settings

Learn how to configure your workspace's quote settings, including expiration time, delivery date timezone, and default footer text.

Written by Denitsa Zhelyazkova

Quote settings allow you to configure default behavior for all quotes created in your workspace.

To access them:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Quotes

From here, you can configure the following options.

Expiration Time

The Expiration Time setting controls how long clients can accept quotes after they have been sent.

Choose one of the available options:

  • 5 days

  • 10 days

  • 15 days

  • 20 days

  • 30 days

Once the selected period has passed, the quote can no longer be accepted by the client, and its status will automatically change to Expired.

Delivery Date Timezone

The Delivery Date Timezone setting determines which timezone is used when calculating delivery dates displayed in quotes.

Select the timezone that best matches your business operations to ensure delivery dates are calculated consistently for all quotes.

Footer Text

You can add a default footer that will appear on all newly created quotes. This can be used for additional notes, terms, payment information, legal disclaimers, or any other information you want included on your quotes by default.

To configure it:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to Footer Text

  2. Enter the text you would like to display

  3. Save your changes

Note: Changes to the default footer text are applied across all quotes in your workspace, including existing quotes.
