To view an overview of all tasks created across every board in your workspace, go to the left navigation menu and open the Tasks section.
Below, you’ll find how to navigate and use this feature.
When you open the All Tasks section, all incomplete tasks are displayed in Table View by default.
At the top, you’ll also see the Completed button, which allows you to display only completed tasks.
Right below it, you’ll find the buttons for switching between Table View and Calendar View. The All Tasks section currently supports these two views only.
Let’s look at both views separately.
All Tasks Table View
To customize the Table View based on your needs, you can use the controls located in the top-right corner.
There, you’ll find options for managing:
Filters

Columns

Filters
By default, filters are hidden.
You can enable them using the filter button (the funnel icon), which displays the default filters for:
Assignee
Completed
Due Date
• Assignee
Clicking the Assignee filter allows you to enter a team member’s or client’s name (by typing and choosing their name from the results), so you can display only tasks assigned to that person.
To disable the filter, click Assignee again and select No assignee.
• Completed
This filter displays completed tasks. Combined with the other filters, it can be useful for tracking completed work for a specific user or period.
To disable it, click the filter again.
• Due Date
This filter allows you to filter tasks with a set due date based on the following criteria:
Due Today
Due This Week
Due This Month
To disable the Due Date filter, click it again and select No Due Date.
• Custom field filters
In addition to the default filters, all global custom fields of the List and Multi-List types are also added to the filters row automatically, allowing you to filter tasks based on their selected values.
Order
Next to the Filters button, you’ll find the option for changing the order in which tasks are displayed.
Tasks can be sorted in ascending or descending order based on:
Title
Assignee
Due Date
Position
Date Created
To switch between ascending and descending order, click the selected sorting option again.
Columns
The Columns button allows you to control which columns are visible in the All Tasks list.
By default, the following columns are enabled:
Task
Board
Members (task assignees responsible for completing the task)
Due Date
Via the button, you can also enable the additional columns:
Milestone (shows the milestone the task belongs to)
Section (shows the list the task belongs to inside the board)
In addition, all custom fields will appear in the columns list, allowing you to enable them as visible columns and quickly view their assigned values directly from the overview.
Density
The last button allows you to adjust the layout density of the task list. You can choose between:
Compact
Default
Comfortable
Tasks List and Actions
Below the filters, you’ll see the list of all tasks in your workspace.
Next to each task name, you may also see a subtasks indicator showing whether the task contains subtasks and how many of them have been completed.
While viewing tasks in the overview, you can also use several quick actions.
You can quickly complete a task with a single click on the circle displayed before the task name.
Another quick action is clicking the name of the board the task belongs to, which opens that board directly.
Clicking the task itself opens the task modal, where you can view and edit all task details.
To learn more about the task modal, see:
All Tasks Calendar View
The Calendar View displays tasks in a monthly calendar layout based on their due dates, with the current date highlighted in blue.
You can use the arrows at the top of the calendar to switch between previous and upcoming months.
Filters
In the Calendar View, you can filter tasks by:
Assignee
Completed
You’ll also see the additional filters for List and Multi-List custom fields, if such fields exist in your workspace.
Filtering here works the same way as in the Table View, and filters can also be shown or hidden using the Filters button (the funnel icon) in the top-right corner.
Task Actions
On each date in the calendar, you can view all tasks assigned to that date.
When hovering over a date, you can open tasks directly in their task modal, view their information, and perform all standard task modal actions.
Task Icons
Tasks in the Calendar View have several icons that give quick visual information:
an eye icon showing that you are following the task and will receive notifications for it (if notifications are enabled)
a message icon showing the number of messages in the task
an attachment icon with the number of files attached to this task
a subtasks indicator showing the number of open and completed subtasks
Completed tasks with due dates are not displayed in the main calendar view by default.
To view completed tasks, click the Completed filter. Completed tasks for the selected period will then appear with a strikethrough style.
