The Clients section includes two tabs: Clients and Companies.
While the Clients tab is used to manage individual clients, the Companies tab helps you organize clients under a company and keep related information in one place.
In this article, we'll take a closer look at the Companies tab and the available options.
Searching and Filtering Companies
At the top of the page, you can quickly find companies using the available search and filtering tools.
Search
Use the search field to find a company by name.
Start typing the company name
Press Enter to perform the search
Click the X icon to clear the search field
Date Created Filter
You can also filter companies by their creation date.
Available options include:
Last 7 days
Last 4 weeks
Last 3 months
Last 12 months
Custom date range
When selecting Custom, a calendar will open, allowing you to choose a start and end date. You can use the Reset button to clear the selected range.
Creating a Company
To create a company:
Click Create Company on the right
Enter a company name (required). Each company must have a unique name within the workspace.
Optionally add:
Website
Main email address
Phone number
Address
Next to the company name and email fields, you'll see the company avatar.
Click the Edit (pen) button to customize it.
Available options include:
Changing the initials
Changing the avatar color
Uploading an image from your computer
Adding an image from a URL
Pasting an image directly from your clipboard using Ctrl + V
4. When you're ready, just click Save and your new company will appear in the list below
Layout and Sorting Options
Use the Layout & Sort button at the top right to customize how companies are displayed.
Layout
You can choose between two layouts:
List
Small List
Sort By
Companies can be sorted by:
Name
Date Created
Clicking the selected sorting option again will switch between ascending and descending order. The current sorting direction is indicated by the arrow icon displayed next to the selected option.
Items Per Page
Choose how many companies to display per page:
12 items
20 items
50 items
Companies List
All created companies are displayed in a list.
You can:
Sort companies by Name
Sort companies by Date Created
Simply click the corresponding column title to change the sorting order.
You can also use the Toggle Columns option on the right to show or hide the Created column.
Company Details
Clicking a company opens its dedicated company page where you can view additional details.
At the top of the page, you'll see the company avatar, which can be customized using the same options available during company creation.
Below, you'll see an Add Clients button.
Clicking it allows you to add existing clients to the company by searching for their name or email address.
Important
Added clients will gain access to all resources shared with this company.
You can also view and edit the company's information, including:
Company name
Website
Main email
Phone number
Address
In the Clients section, you can:
View all connected clients
Open a client's profile
Remove clients from the company
If a company is no longer needed, you can delete it from the Delete Company button.
